charming, charming, charming
I stayed in a Standard Twin Room that blended quirky designs with modern comforts perfectly. The historical essence of the building, including beautiful antique décor, made each moment feel special and unique. The staff made my experience unforgettable, offering thoughtful local tips and even allowing me a late checkout.

The central courtyard and some common areas provide a nice aesthetic touch to the place.
Rooms are in a state of neglect, with dark, dim lighting and older, uncomfortable beds. WiFi only works well in the courtyard, and there are issues with cleanliness—specifically, stained bathroom floors and inadequate supplies like toilet paper. Also, there is no breakfast on site. you'll be walked to a local cafe instead, which can feel a bit inconvenient after a long day of exploring.

Breakfast was delightful at a nearby café with fresh local fruits. The staff were exceptionally kind, helping with my luggage and giving fantastic local tips. The hotel’s beautiful inner garden added a charming touch to my stay.
Sadly, the rooms showed signs of neglect. dark and uncomfortable with lighting issues. The WiFi struggled to reach my room, and I was disappointed to find no breakfast on-site, needing to trek to a café instead.

The vibe here was totally unique with the beautiful tiled floors and cool Ecuadorian art all around. I loved unwinding in the garden area and soaking up the sun on the terrace. The only slight downside was that the WiFi was a bit spotty in my room, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience! 🌷

This hotel was a great match for our short visit in Quito with good value for money. Sonia, the owner, went above and beyond to help us with our luggage delivery from Guayaquil, making our stay much easier. Make sure to explore the beautiful courtyard during your stay.

Super welcoming vibe!
The staff here were super friendly, made me feel right at home! They’ve got an awesome bar where I enjoyed some tasty dinner at perfect prices. My only complaint was that the WiFi was kinda spotty at times. Still, I loved exploring the local area, everything's pretty much walking distance.

The charming atmosphere, highlighted by antique decor and a lovely inner courtyard, offered a unique vibe. Breakfast in the quaint dining space provided a delightful start to each day, while the pizza enjoyed at the outdoor restaurant was a tasty treat. However, the older infrastructure showed signs of wear, and the noise from the bustling street made rest difficult at times. Limited parking options added some inconvenience, as availability was scarce.
